January -'26 - Atomic Habits by James Clear

I think this is a great handbook especially for people who experience ADHD symptoms - worth keeping on hand for when life has caused habits to take a 'back seat' and one has to start over again. Matter of fact suggestions and lots of very useful content.

February  '26 - Addicted To Anxiety by Owen O'Kane

I listened to this audio book to understand how it had helped one of my clients - the author narrates it and it's true - his tone and compassionate attitude alone helps reset the nervous system - full of therapeutic advice and valuable insights.

March '26 - The Dose Effect by T.J.Power

This is a fantastic and straightforward summary of the ‘feel good’ chemicals we need to feel healthy and happy in life. It was brought to my attention by a client and I am reading it for a second time – some great content to keep in mind if we start to lose ground in looking after ourselves – I’m a big fan of this book!

April '26 - A Therapist's Guide to EMDR by Laura Parnell

I have included this here as it's a really great introduction for anyone giving consideration to seeking EMDR sessions, and would like to do some research. Laura Parnell offers a comprehensive overview without the subject matter becoming too bogged down with 'jargon'
